  10. Do you know that "peju" in Indonesian is... sperm?

    ReplyDelete
  11. IMHO in Indonesian not "sperm" but "semen".

  12. It's a good specification about a dell peju. I think you have done a good job. It looks good and stylish and I impress to see it.

  13. It's a cute spoof but a spoof nonetheless - no way these specs are real.

(But I'd buy in a heartbeat if they were).

  15. Mike K, you are dead on. If these specs were really they would be defying physics. Now if it was more like a netbook that may make sense.

  16. Actually, now that I've looked at things like the Asus slate (and the upcoming Samsung one) I'm not so sure this IS a spoof.

The specs for this are fairly similar to the Asus, with the possible exception of battery life. And the Asus is real -- it's been available for purchase for at least a month or two (and I've spoken with one person who has one and he loves it, although he is rarely using it on battery, which IS short).

If Dell can really crack the battery problem this might be a world killer. Still, with not a peep from them in any manner I'm beginning to doubt whether this will be released until late next year.

  18. I am also in the market for a tablet, have been for a while. I have been a bit skeptical thus far as the android tablets out there just dont seem to have the horse power for my day to day and still seem to be a bit sluggish in there operation. The tablet makes a lot of sense over a laptop simply because of portability and the advantage of a touch screen on the fly.

I love saving money and getting a great deal so $1000 – 1300 does seem a bit much as i could buy 2 beast laptops (pc) for that kind of money.

This Dell Peju Windows tablet definatly is interesting and I will be looking into this further. I wish I had some idea of a release date or if its even real. I have been very patient and holding off awaiting the next generation of tablets, but I am getting impatient as I do NEED the device, just dont want to buy something and 2 days later I regret it.

Anyone have any idea of the ETA for the Dell Peju Windows tablet or its validity?

  19. ETA is November 1, 2011 to order and 2-3 weeks for delivery.
